You went the extra mile, well 100 miles if you ask me and despite not currently being a patient of yourself you investigated my concerns and contacted me at home at 8.00pm at night. Now I don't know any one else who would go to those lengths and take time to access my medical notes, study them and then call me to reassure me. I can't thank you enough. You are one in a million!!
