Mr David Griffiths
qualified in 1987 and did his early training in the Midlands. He has worked as a clinical fellow in reproductive medicine at St James's University Hospital, Leeds and in 1994 he was awarded a Fellowship to the Brigham & Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA. Before taking up his NHS consultant post at the Great Western Hospital, Swindon he also worked at the Center for Endometriosis Care, Atlanta, Georgia, and in New Zealand. He specialises in minimal access surgery, endometriosis and pelvic floor problems.
Mr David Hodgson
qualified in Australia in 1983 and did his formative training in Cheltenham, Bristol, Bath and Swindon. He was a key team member in the research and development of Microwave Endometrial Ablation; labelled by the media, "The Three Minute Hysterectomy". He has over fifteen years of reproductive medicine and fertility experience. Before being appointed as an NHS consultant at the Great Western Hospital, Swindon in 2005 he was a Director of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Northern NSW, Australia.
